Payment

I can only accept payments through Paypal.
I will begin work only after payment has been received.
Please submit full payment within 48 hours after we agree to a final price to reserve your commission slot.
Payment must be received within 48 hours from when I accept your request in writing. If payment is not received by then, the commission slot is cancelled.
- However, I understand that delays and issues occur, so please reach out if you need additional time and we can discuss possible extensions.
- If two business days have passed, you are free to reach out and reestablish your request. I cannot guarantee that I will have open slots, but I will try to accommodate when possible.

Once payment is received, I will begin working on your commission.
After I finish the sketch, I will send it to you for approval before we proceed.
- I am able to make minor to moderate adjustments to the piece at this stage, and I encourage you to include as much detail as possible regarding any changes you would like.
Once the sketch is completed, I will continue working on the piece.
Once the image has been completed, further changes cannot be made without additional charges. The cost of changes to a finished piece will depend on the nature and size of the change.
I generally do not work on deadlines, but I have provided an approximate timeline for how long it will take for me to complete a commission. (These are estimates, actual times vary by the complexity of the request).

- X weeks for C
Rush Fee
- If you absolutely need an image completed by a certain date, I am willing to work under a deadline, but will charge a rush fee depending on how tight the schedule is.

What You Receive

A high resolution 300 DPI PNG file of your image(s).
The right to print, post, or display the image for your personal use.
- Credit must be provided if you post the image.

Commercial Use

Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed. If you wish to hire me for commercial work, please contact me by email to discuss details.
Commercial use of private commissions is not allowed. Commercial use includes selling or otherwise profiting from the image(s). Examples of commercial use include, but are not limited to:
- Selling the image(s) to a third party.
- Selling prints of the image(s).
- Selling T-Shirts, bags, stickers, or any other merchandise that uses the image(s).
- Selling the rights to post or use the image to others.

Refunds and Cancellation

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the commission at any point. The chances of this happening is very unlikely. However, if cancellation does occur, it would likely be due to either me having trouble in completing the commission or if the commissioner is being uncooperative.
You may cancel a commission at any time before I receive payment.
I do not allow cancellations or refunds if the commission has already been started.
